Production technology

From raw material to finished bio-board — an innovative process based on nature

Struktura i właściwości

Od surowca do gotowej biopłyty — nasz proces produkcji

1

Raw Materials

Cereal straw and hemp — renewable plant-based raw materials

2

Filtration

Comminuted raw material filtered from dust and plant pollen

3

Exposure

High temperatures eliminate bacteria, fungi and mould

4

Pressing

Protein adhesive resin and pressure form the bio-board

Key features

What sets our technology apart from traditional solutions

100% organic components

Plant-based raw materials — straw, hemp, protein-based adhesives and binders

Formaldehyde-free

Zero formaldehyde, isocyanates and PMDI throughout the production cycle

Optimal weight

Lower weight while maintaining excellent structure and strength

Universal finishing

Veneer, fabric, laminate, painting with pigmented oil paints

Anti-allergenic

The production process filters dust and eliminates microorganisms from the raw material

Biodegradable

Full biodegradability — Zero waste at the end of the life cycle

Certificates and attestations

Tested by Łukasiewicz — Poznań Institute of Technology

01/2026

Hygiene Certificate

Formaldehyde: 0 mg — no toxic substances. VOC < 0.01 mg/m³.

Tests according to PN-EN 717-1 and EN 16516. The board meets the highest air purity class — safe for allergy sufferers and children.

02/2026

Chemical Emission

Zero emission of aldehydes, ketones, phenols.

No petrochemical resins. 100% renewable raw materials. Highest air purity class — no carcinogenic substances throughout the entire life cycle.

03/2026

Ecological Certificate

Biodegradable under industrial conditions.

Low carbon footprint. Recognised by the Ministry of Climate and Environment in the "Product in Circulation" competition — certificate of compliance with circular economy principles.

04/2026

Strength Certificate

Density: 580 kg/m³ | Transverse bending: 22.43 N/mm²

Transverse modulus of elasticity: 2566 N/mm². 24h swelling: 12%. Compliant with EN 13986 / EN 312 — approved for furniture and decorative applications.

05/2026

Fire Resistance Certificate

Fire reaction class: E (EN 13501-1)

Low flammability, limited flame spread, moderate smoke emission. No toxic gases during combustion — fire safety.

06/2026

Acoustic Certificate

Sound absorption αw = 0.25–0.35 (ISO 11654)

Good mid-frequency absorption, echo reduction. Suitable for acoustic enclosures and soundproofing panels.

07/2026

Thermal Conductivity

λ = 0.094 W/mK

Very good thermal insulation properties. Suitable for thermal insulation applications — a natural alternative to polystyrene and mineral wool.

08/2026

CE Declaration of Conformity

Compliant with EN 13986 | Class E0 (0 mg formaldehyde)

Compliance with EN 717-1, EN 16516, EN 312. Vapour-permeable board — ensures natural partition diffusivity. Approved for CE marking.
